Maundy Thursday Service, Thursday, April 2 at 7 pm in the Chapel - Lots of Bethany folk say that this is their favorite worship service of the year.  Come celebrate the Last Supper and hear the words of the Tennebrae, when the story of Jesus between the Last Supper and the Crucifixion is told.

Easter Sunrise Service - 6:15 am on Sunday, April 5 at the North Branch Nature Center, Montpelier!  Come hear the good news of resurrection at dawn on Easter Sunday morning! We will join with our friends from Trinity Methodist in worship and song at the North Branch Nature Center at 713 Elm Street. Dress warmly and bring your coffee!

Easter Sunday Worship with Communion - Sunday April 5 at 10 am!  Come rejoice in the good news of Easter!  We will celebrate Communion, sing the great hymns of Easter and hear our choir sing glorious music, including the Hallelujah Chorus!

Parking at Bethany - As you have noticed, VTEL is currently installing the broadband equipment in our steeple.  This is affecting the available parking in our lot.  While normally it is fine for church members to use the lot to park while they run errands downtown, we are asking that until the work on the steeple is completed that you refrain from doing so. This is particularly necessary on Tuesdays when all the available spaces are needed for those who are working at Bethany Bowl. Of course, if you have business at the church, you may use the lot.   Thank you for your cooperation.

COMING SOON - ELECTRONIC GIVING! - Actually it is already here. Support the work of our church through electronic giving. When thinking about your pledge for 2015-2016, consider having it transferred directly from your checking or savings account into the church account safely and electronically - you'll never have to remember your checkbook again! Interested? See Judy Ribolini for more details.
Central Vermont Relay for Life is renting Fellowship Hall on Tuesday, March 31  for the Kick-off to its June 19 Relay event.  CV Relay invites Bethany folks to attend Kick-off, which is a free, fun pep rally.  You may know that these Relay committee members—Richard Pitonyak, Richard Swenson and Theresa Lever—like to have a good time!  All are welcome to Kick-off at 6:00 p.m.!

Dinner and Variety Show -  April 11, 2015 - 5:30PM - Come to supper before the show!  Chicken Parmesan, spaghetti, Caesar salad, Italian bread, homemade desserts.  A delicious meal from the San Antonio Grande Ministry Team!  $10 for adults and $5 for children under 12.  Reservations not necessary--but helpful!  Tell Joanne Hardy, Theresa Lever, or the church office if you plan to attend. Some Acts are coming together!!  Haleigh & Jack; Alec; Laura, Amy & Mark; Sophia & Maya; Arthur & Joanna; Theresa; and I'm sure there are others that we don't know about yet!! Please sign up your Act and reserve your Dinner with Theresa Lever, Joanne Hardy or Liz Sykas-Ringgenberg!  There will be a sign-up sheet in the office and during Sunday Hospitality for the next few Sundays!

Flood Watch! Just in case we do have a flood we need a list of people who can be called to help move stuff out of the basement. If you can help please call Gary Rogers @ 229-9893. If you are only available at certain hours or do not want to be called in the middle of the night please let Gary know this. Thank you-The Property Team.
