Food Pantry for December: This month's food is canned beans. Black, red, chick pea, etc.

PINS Christmas Gifts:  Barre DCF is again asking for gift cards for Social Workers to use to support families, foster families and children during the holidays.   Please consider helping by providing a grocery card, or gas card, or Walmart gift card.  Envelopes are available in the Narthex before and after church on December 2 and 9.  Gift cards will be received back on Sunday, December 16.  Thanks so much for your support!  Sandy Clougher, Sue Day and Carol Welch

SALE - Bethany Church cookbooks are now on sale for $10.00! Don't know what to get the person on your list that has everything? Why not a cookbook with tried and true recipes from people you know. Bethany Bowl- December 4, 2012  Fed: 99  Head Cook: Phyllis Rowell  DISHWASHERS: Conrad Rowell and Gary Rogers  HELPERS: Darlene Colby, Pat Seivwright, Chris Terry, Anne DeVaughn, and Pete Gomez.  The menu was Manhattan clam chowder from NECI, tomato soup from Campbells, green beans with diced tomatoes, bread crumbs and cheese toppping, egg salad sandwiches, tuna salad sandwiches, fruit cup, assorted desserts and beverages. We would welcome any holiday desserts such as bars, brownies or cookies. Thanks in advance!

The Property Board- would like to thank all those who either paid their pledges early or made a special contribution to the pre-buy oil fund. Because of this our cash flow was such that we could lock in at $3.45 a gallon and save approximately $2000.00 on the cost of heating oil for the 2012-2013 heating season.
