Sunday's Announcements

From Sunday morning: With Sadness we announce that Ruth Thompson has dies. Her Memorial service will be at Bethany on November 27th at 11:00.

We had 10 guests/friends/visitors in worship on Sunday.

During Hospitality a drawing was held for the Wall hanging that the Prayer Group donated to the Share Fair. The name drawn was Anne Frazer. Congratulations.

Welcome to all who are visiting with us this morning! We are very glad that you have joined us, and hope that you will find a warm welcome here at Bethany Church! We would like you to know that we are a church that intends to be welcoming to all. We have declared ourselves to be Open and Affirming, a designation that tells folk that we welcome all people, but particularly those who are gay, lesbian, bi-sexual or transgendered. We believe that God loves us for who we are right now, and is glad when we undertake the journey of faith, wherever that may lead us. If you have any questions about Bethany Church, please feel free to speak with one of the ministers. And thanks for joining us this morning!
